Alex Cleeveley
Partner
Raised in his family’s print shop in Central Florida, Alex grew up surrounded by print presses and the entrepreneurial spirit. He witnessed his parents install one of Orlando’s first four-color presses and push the industry forward with innovation and customer-first values. Now a second-generation leader, Alex has spent nearly two decades growing REDBiRD PRINTING with that same mindset and passion, blending state-of-the-art technology with hands-on service to support the diverse printing needs of businesses across every industry.
Will
Will is the driving force behind our digital press. With over six years at REDBiRD PRINTING, he is a seasoned print professional that combines his graphic design expertise with press operations to deliver the satisfaction we aim for through every print. As one of the first sets of eyes (and hands) on each order, Will helps turn our clients’ ideas into press-ready realities, setting the pace for the entire shop.
Anissa
Anissa has been part of the REDBiRD team for over six years, where she blends graphic design expertise, organization, and leadership. She’s involved in every stage of a print job—from reviewing design files to managing workflow across departments. Anissa sets the tone for customer care and creative execution, making sure each project starts strong and finishes beautifully.
Iman
Iman has been with REDBiRD PRINTING for over 10 years and is known for his precision and calm confidence on the press floor. As the expert behind our die-cutting operations, he turns complex jobs into high-quality finishes with consistency and care. His steady leadership and deep knowledge allow him to take pride in delivering clean, consistent results our valued clients can count on.
David
David leads REDBiRD’s bindery and finishing department with hands-on expertise and unwavering attention to detail. For over five years, he’s overseen every fold, trim, stitch, and bind, personally inspecting each job to guarantee it meets our highest standards. His work is often the last step before an order ships out, and his pride in the final product shows in every perfectly finished piece.
Nataly
Nataly keeps the print floor running, overseeing post-press operations to the shipping department, with expert coordination and a sharp eye for detail. Her positive energy and hands-on leadership keep the team motivated and every project on track. She’s passionate about building a supportive, connected workplace where everyone thrives.
Indhira
Indhira brings precision and pride to every part of our bindery and finishing process. With a steady hand and an eye for detail, she makes sure each folded, trimmed, or stitched piece looks clean, polished, and ready to ship. Her commitment to quality shows in every project that she works on, and she takes pride in helping bring each print job to its final flawless finish.
Yura
Yura is known for her consistency, creativity, and care in our bindery and finishing team. From collating to packaging, she makes sure every order is assembled with attention and securely prepped for delivery. Her favorite part of the job? We operate out of a 10,000 sq. ft. production facility in Central Florida. This is where creativity meets capability.
